Before and after training with the P90X program. I’ve heard alot of great things about this program. Has anyone else tried it?

This is Marios, a contestant in Vince Delmonte’s Six Pack Quest Competition. It’s too bad he left his shirt on for the before picture, but it’s evident that he was pretty soft, and rather ripped in the after.
Overall a solid transformation which he claims a 10 pound increase in muscle mass and 7% reduction in body fat. Not bad at all for 12 weeks.
