I had these dreads growing for a really long time, but one day I just decided that I’d chop them off randomly. I enjoyed them while they lasted, but it feels good to have my hair back!

I worked hard with this client for about 6 months. Mostly cardio with some light weights and it paid off.
He dropped about 50 pounds of body fat and is still going strong. We’re working on losing another 30 pounds!
